Stakeholders include the groups and individuals who are responsible for,
interested in, or affected by TeraGrid on a short- or long-term basis.

The first stakeholder activities were the Science Gateways and User Workshops that took place in summer 2007. These workshops were conducted by the University of Michigan School of Information.

The Steering Committee organized and hosted an open forum at Supercomputing '07 on November 14, 2007. On December 13, 2007, they will conduct a stakeholder meeting at the American Geophysical Union Fall Meeting in San Francisco, CA.
